1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Algofy platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Algofy. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Description of Services
Algofy provides an automated copy trading platform that allows subscribers to replicate trades from professional traders. Our services include trade signal distribution, automated trade copying via broker API connections, performance analytics, and referral program management. We act as a technology provider and do not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or asset management services.
3. User Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Payments and Subscriptions
All subscription payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in US dollars and are subject to change with prior notice. Subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan period (1, 3, 6, or 12 months). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method. All prices are inclusive of the services described in the selected plan.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are available within 7 days of payment, provided that no trades have been copied to your account. Once trade copying has commenced, refunds are not available for the current subscription period. To request a refund, please submit a support ticket with the subject "Refund." Refund requests are processed within 3 business days. Partial refunds for unused subscription time are not provided.
6. Risk Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Trading in financial markets involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance of any trader on our platform does not guarantee future results. Algofy is not a financial advisor and does not provide investment advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any resulting gains or losses. Algofy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to trading losses, service interruptions, or data breaches.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on our platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the modifications, you must stop using the platform and cancel your subscription.
